1. Grease 9 x 13&amp;quot; pan.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
2. Prepare dry ingredients:&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
::- 3 1/3 cups fine graham cracker crumbs&lt;br /&gt;
::- 2 cups dessicated cocoanut&lt;br /&gt;
::- 1 cup chopped walnuts&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
3. In sauce pan combine&lt;br /&gt;
::- one cup butter&lt;br /&gt;
::- 1/2 cup granulated sugar&lt;br /&gt;
::- 10 tblspn cocoa&lt;br /&gt;
::- 2 eggs&lt;br /&gt;
::- 2 teaspoon vanilla&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Cook over medium heat; stir constantly&lt;br /&gt;
until smooth and thick (about 5 minutes).&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Stir in the dry ingredients from step 2.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
4. Press the mixture into the greased pan&lt;br /&gt;
and refrigerate.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
5. Cream 1/2 cup of butter.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
6. Beat in gradually:&lt;br /&gt;
::- 4 cups icing sugar&lt;br /&gt;
::- 2 eggs&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
7. Spread over crust mixture and refrigerate for&lt;br /&gt;
15 minutes.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
8. Over hot water, melt together:&lt;br /&gt;
::- 12 squares of semi-sweet chocolate or German sweet chocolate&lt;br /&gt;
::- 2 tablespoons of butter&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
9. Spread the chocolate mixture on top of the second layer and&lt;br /&gt;
refrigerate.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;

::- vanilla&lt;br /&gt;
::- graham cracker crumbs&lt;br /&gt;

::- icing sugar&lt;br /&gt;
::- semi-sweet or German sweet chocolate&lt;br /&gt;
