Stephen Banker, President of The Oyster Foundation, responds to an urgent summons to the Swiss Embassy, where he is greeted by the ambassador, His Excellency Christian Blickenstorfer.  “As far as The Oyster Foundation is concerned,” the ambassador said, "Switzerland is not neutral.  If we have to fight, by land or by sea, for the honor of hosting the Foundation, we will be there until the last Hund ist kaputt."
