Corruptio optimi pessima: the corruption of the best is the worst.

I always get this wrong. I substitute other words and mangle the endings.

Corruptio: feminine nominative singular.

Optimi: masculine genitive singular.

Pessima: feminine nominative singular (to match "corruptio," of course!).

"Est" is understood.
