The word Bible does not appear in the Bible.
The Bible is a combination of the Old Testament and the New Testament.
The combination of the two collections of Scripture took place after the Scriptures of the New Testament scriptures were written. None of the authors of the New Testament had a list of all of the other books that would eventually be included in the Church's collection of Sacred Scripture and therefore none of them used the word "Bible" the way that we do.
